Induction Regeneration and Artificial Seed Production of Etiolation Stems of <i>Cymbidium hookerianum</i>

چکیده
The protocorm-like bodies (PLBs) of Cymbidium hookerianum were used as the explants, effects different hormones and hormone concentrations on induction etiolation stems, subsequent regeneration artificial seeds production conservation using stems studied. results showed that most efficient induced by PLBs was obtained adding 0.1 mg/L NAA 6-BA. cultivated medium containing 2.0/0.1 NAA/6-BA highest rate PLBs, with an average 80.40%, number higher, 1.36. Induced shoot tips could regenerate rootless seedlings medium, these root strengthen 1/2MS + 20.0 g/L sucrose 7.5 agar. germination produced encapsulating MS 1.0 6-BA, 86.67%. After storing for 6 weeks, preserved at 4°C highest, 48.00%.
